Me, I'm sick of Fantasy movies. It's just the same thing over and over. It's made me come to realize how gay the general concept is. I might fall back in love with it if there were a project that crossed it with the Crime Story genre. You?

I'm sick of movies. They're all the same -- a sequence of consecutive pictures of objects photographed in motion and displayed on a screen by a projector in such rapid succession as to give the illusion of natural movement. Clearly they were created by homosexuals.
Maybe if they were shown out of sequence in refrigerators and featured a giant sock monkey. In space. Then I'd consider lending motion pictures my temporary approval.

God, what genres aren't I sick of? Well, I hate the street racing movies, though thankfully we seem to be past that trend, I hate the comedy movie where the guy gets the girl, loses her over a misunderstanding and then wins her back by the end, I hate Asian horror movies remade for Americans, I hate most fantasy movies out in recent years, I know LOTR was big fellas, but that doesn't mean every fantasy novel published in the last 300 years would make a good movie.

Nice Dark Maze, love the homophobe comment. And let us not forget John Waters who has made countless funny, strange, kick ass movies.
I am sick of period movies, especially the 17 or 1800's ones.

Scheduled for a 2010 release:
And I'm not sick of any genre. I obviously prefer some to others, but I'm too afraid of possibly missing out on a great movie to refuse to watch a flick because of its genre.

im sick of romatic comedies. the ones w/hugh grant and/or sandra bullock.
knocked up was considered a romantic comedy, but i felt it had more comedy than romance, so i ended up liking it.
i really am getting tired of dramas about women (i.e. georgia rule et. al.)

The hard part will be to convince theaters to show the movie in refrigerators.

Parody "films". Date Movie, Epic Movie, the straight to DVD sports movie parady that I forget the name of and now Meet the Spartans. Some of the Scary Movies were ok(well the first one was solid and 3 was funny when I was younger). But I keep seeing the commercial for Meet The Spartans and am wondering how in hell this movie got a theatre release?

I'm getting tired of comic book movies. I'm not saying that their all bad but Hollywood has been hammering this since the first spider-man. Plus, a good percent of movies in planing right now are going to be Comic Book 'based' and i can see that only 50% of them may have a chance to be successful.
And movies with Will Ferrell. He was funny during his SNL days but every movies he's been in features him yelling like a howler monkey or acting like a man child. Seriously, enough is enough.
And what is so goddamn funny about Steven Carell? His 'awkward' comedy is like Ben Stiller, dull and retard. I know the fans of "the Office" are going to get pissy, but Carell is not funny. There is only one reason i would watch 'Get Smart', and that reason is Anne Hathaway.
I miss the old school SNL gang, their humor surpasses this new generation.

I'm tired of the generic vulgar comedies. Knocked up, What fanboys is becoming, (for shame!), superbad.
I'm also tired of the fantasy movies that follow the plot of "heroes band together [filler] sexy female characters [filler] badguy is defeated"

Will Ferrell is fucking awesome, Steve Carell (SP?) is funny as well. Some people like Schtick, some people like Sarcasm, others like storys, comedy is a wide ranged taste. So I guess you can hate Will & Steve, but without him Oldschool would have been blah! and 40 year old virgin would have been quite different me thinks. Paul Rudd is funny as FUCK too. IMO.

Paul Rudd is fucking awesome. He's been my favorite actor out of the Frat Pack bunch ever since I saw him in Clueless.

I'm of anything movie that is made to cater to the 13-24 demographic, that sells itself as extreme, hip, or cool.

Movies intended to cater to ANY demographic intentionally, and not subsequently.

For Carell it's all about perspective, some people think he's hilarious, some people don't. Just like you think Anne Hathaway is super sexy while I find her mildly attractive.

She's kind of fucking CRAZY. Pot head, engaged at 16 taking care of her boyfriends baby, big slut gets her friend to stab people that piss her and her boyfriend off(luckily he is in jail now for a SECOND MURDER!). She didn't used to be crazy, and other than buying some SNES games off her i probably won't talk to her again.
