Isn't there an Assumed Risk when going to professional sports? Like in baseball if you get hit by a foul ball, you can't sue the batter for hitting you with it. This is utter bullshit. I could see in the case of the fan that got his ass beat by a player, cause that was intentional...Jesus H. Christ...

Yeah, well apparently the camera was in there because he was under financial stress and some teeth whitening kits had gone missing...that's why ya put cameras in places where people actually steal stuff.
It's a shame too, because his first name's Mario, so he was Dr. Mario.
