Entertainment Weekly wrote a brief article about the commercials for upcoming TV shows/seasons coming up. They gave Dollhouse an A, but Lost got a C+ because it was essentially a music video for The Fray's "You Found Me". They went on to say that they hope the new season isn't as lame as The Fray.
I've never heard of The Fray, but I did like the song they're using in the commercials, got me to download it.
While I have no impetus to listen to more of their music, I am curious if their lameness is universally agreed upon.

That 'How To Save A Life' song, that's them. Decide for yourself.
They have a MySpace account with a few songs on it. Here.
I think they're good, but I dont really listen to them a lot.

I have bad associations with "How to Save a Life"; it was the main theme for this video they play at one of my school assemblies every year. The song plays while the video shows pictures of bloody human carcasses and skulls smashed into bloody pulps; it's really offensive and a cheap scare tactic to make high schoolers stop drinking and driving. Every time I hear the song on the radio, I immediately turn it off.

Yeah, they used to do the same shit at my high school. They'd go so far as to bring in paraplegics and paramedics who almost break down talking about dead people.
Bastards almost ruined 'Nothing Else Matters' for me.
