I haven't played wit hhim yet, but he looks like some sort of iori/shadow dio hybrid. he even has the "turn back to enemy and read a book" parry.

Its the Jotaro's victory pose. I think the part where he sorta leans back with his hands out is from Dio, when he uses the knives. I don't recognize the uppercut. Maybe Vanessa?
If Mugen had fatalities, his should have the Grimace pull his opponent into hell.
