Well things couldn't get any worse... The only enjoyable late night talk show is Late Night with Conan O'Brian, and next year he's taking over the Tonight Show, so this is the only possible outcome of this transition:
1. Conan is moving an hour down, so he will be forced to cater to an older demographic, meaning he will water down his material, maybe axe a few of his writers and keep some of the Tonight Show writers. It will inevitably be lamer because he will not be able to do what he wants at the 11:30 time slot.
2. Jimmy Fowlin, is well.. Jimmy Fowlin. He will have the flexability of the later time slot, but will not take advantage of it. Instead we will get lame writing, poor delivery, and his trademarked laughing at his own jokes. Let's just hope he doesn't get Horacio Sans as a sidekick.
The weeknight Adult Swim lineup has been kind of weak as of late, so I will probably have to start going to sleep early and getting a full nights rest like normal people now.
