thats actually pretty cool. I've heard a lot about that game and about the ridiculous amount of songs out for it.

I still have to fix alot and edit stuff. notice some songs only have one difficulty, and the cassettes arent all labeled and colored. this is abotu a third of what I have right now.

I love it too. Now, I just need to break down and buy the X360 guitar, because playing with the keyboard sucks. Wink

I had a friend bring his X360 Guitar Hero Guitar over and it worked like a charm. I just don't know if i can justify paying $50 for a controller that only works with one game.

currently I'm using an old Playstation 2 keyboard and it works fairly well, still not as good as the actual guitar unfortunately. I'm trying to wait out for a new 360 before I get the guitar, because then I'll ahve a reason when I buy guitar hero 2 again.

I don't suppose you have working versions of avril lavinge's complicated and daiskue somethingjapaneseoranother's awe of she, do you? the torrents I had featured some nonworking songs, and I REALLY want to rock out to awe of she.

Yeah, I have both. Though "Compliacated" seems to be a crappy version, as the frets don't sinc up to anything in the song. And Awe of She, is damn fricking impossible since all there is, is the Amazing level. (Awesome song, though.)

I currently have 355 songs. (Song packs 1 + 2, as well as the Guitar Hero 1 & 2 set.)

you should shot those my way when you get a chance, because I would really like to try them.

I had the same difficulty problem with cohed and cambria's welcome home and europe's the final coutndown. I want to eventually use the edit mode to give all of the songs a full range of difficulties.

god, I want to play tarantula by the smashing pumpkins in this game, but I don't think I have the skill to make it. (funfact: tarantula was available for download on THI long before it hit the radio!)

It's a good game, but what I find funny, is songs I can really play on guitar (such as Miserlu.) I can't play worth a crap on the game, and vice versa.

After all the "Just because you rock on Guitar Hero, doesn't mean you can play guitar." people have been going on about, I'm still waiting for a Youtube video of someone rocking a song on Amazing, then picking up a real guitar and playing the same song.

can do blue jsut fine, it's the orange (purple?) one that fucks me.

This Game is Sweet.

I just use an Apple Keyboard with everything but the F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, Enter, Shift and the Directional Buttons removed.

This game is fun, but I'm not sure if this is why, but I think because of Vistas weird OpenGL support the game is totally out of sync for me. I borrowed GH2 and a guitar for 360, it is cool to be able to use better songs.

It's funy, most professional musicians I know aren't that good at Guitar Hero. I can't say if a novice can learn guitar from the game, but it sure doesn't work in reverse.

They won't teach you crap about playing a real guitar. More than anything, they teach rhythm and timings, which is usefull for all instraments.

I agree. I took it to work with me to keep busy a while ago, and it acted like shit on the vista computers.
