From what I can gather Motorolla is claiming Microsoft violated a bunch of their patents and a judge is pushing for the import of out of US 360's

IIRC, a similar thing happened with Wii Classic Controllers. Nothing really came of it.

Also, you're reading the article wrong. 360s are not manufactured in America, and the ruling would stop new US 360s from entering the US.

Naw I read it right, I just typed my post wrong. I meant to say he's pushing for a ban on the import of 360's
