Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy VI is now available on the PlayStation Network as a PSOne Classic. PlayStation 3 and PSP owners can get their hands on the game for $9.99. Much like with the PSOne Classic version of Final Fantasy V, this release will be identical to previous releases of the game's PlayStation port, and will feature some elements, such as FMV sequences, that were not in the original SNES game.

Good, but not great.

I guess this is great for those who can not play the much superior Snes-version which is also available on the Virtual Console.
