A 16-year-old Australian boy, Casey Heynes, who has been picked on his entire life for his weight, finally had enough when another kid started punching him in the face, and his WWE-worthy response was captured on video and posted to YouTube and Facebook, where kudos and support for the way he fought back have been pouring in.
According to a Facebook posting, Heynes was suspended from school for the incident. There is no word on whether or not the bully was punished for his role in the fight. |

If you look at the user uploaded stuff on the Tosh.0 site it's everywhere. If they get permissions I bet it'll show up on his show.

That was awesome. I've never seen someone thrown down that hard before. It looked like the small kids leg was broken, or he was just in some serious pain. Nothing infuriates me more than bullying, especially when kids gang up because they're protected by the group mentality.

Edited with a new Video. You should be able to see it now.
This one is better anyway, it doesn't have the disclaimer in front of it now.

bite, I hear what you're saying, but unfortunately you can't escape violence sometimes.
Also, this is just about the most effective way to get bullies off your back. If you fight back, even if you get your ass kicked, it's likely they won't come after you again. They don't want to deal with someone who's actually going stand up to them.

This.
Not saying its an overall solution because the Bully will move on to other kids, but he's not fucking with him anymore out of fear of being powerbombed on his head again.

i can try to do it different, wich is the solution to the whole violence problem if enough people do so. So don't tell me theres no escape. There may be no escape at the moment but in future terms there is one. At least i believe in that.

Klimb, I agree that sometimes, you must fight to survive, however, more often than not these types of situations can be avoided by walking away.
This video shows the point of no return, not what lead up to it. It is possible that this might have been avoidable, but not the part we saw.
Also, for what it is worth, over the last year I have been focused heavily in martial arts. The more I learn, the more I realize that a real fight is something that should be avoided at all costs.

GPF, I agree that violence is not usually the answer. I'm generally a pacifist. Sometimes simply standing up for yourself is enough...but not always.
I'm sure many people on here have experienced bullying either personally, or watched it happen to one of their friends. I sure have. For a long while my tactic was to just walk away. Guess what would happen? The next day they'd still be there, in my face, pushing me, calling me names. I'd walk away. The next day? In my face, pushing me, calling me names.
Punched the prick in the face one time and guess what happened the next day? He didn't come towards me. Will it work all the time? No. But if it gets to the point where the bully is slapping the kid in the face a couple of times, merely walking away probably won't work. The bully now knows he can slap you in the face without retaliation. At that point physically standing up for yourself is an effective solution.

What pisses me off the most about this, is only the larger kid got in trouble. He got suspended for this. The little shit that STARTED it and THREW THE FIRST PUNCHES didn't get in any trouble.
This is what's wrong with this country. I teach my boys that you never start fights, but if someone else starts one, you can defend yourself. You don't go overboard, you just protect yourself, stop the fight, and leave. That is the right thing to do.
That is exactly what this kid did. He could have gone apeshit on the bully, but he didn't. After the slam, he could have easily mounted the kid and started punching, or kick the crap out of the kid while he was down, but he didn't. He stopped the immediate threat, and then he walked away. The exact thing he should have done.
He doesn't deserve to be in trouble for this.

I can see how the school would get the wrong picture (The kid is easily 3 times heavier than the bully), but there's no excuse in this case, there's VIDEO EVIDENCE of it, and I have seen it in a few sites already, so I know it's well known by now.
That said, a suspension is probably gonna help the fat kid's badass reputation
