ugg, I had an Alexa graph ready and everything to show just how tiny BS was in comparison to ED and TGWTG, but the image is being a pain. Point is, BS isn't threatening anyone on TGWTG anytime soon.
Anyways, I have been following BS for a little bit now, and they have actually been pretty funny. I don't think they understand how fair use works... at all, and squaff is perhaps the most boring and unfunny writer ever, but other than that they put out a decent amount of quality work.

But yea, I completely agree on their lack of understanding of how fair use works. They seem to think James, Doug, and everyone who plays a "character" with reviews should be arrested...except that's exactly what Mike J. Nelson did with Tom Servo and Crow on MST3K. Have fun getting him arrested. Dumbasses.

I will if it ever lets me upload it. The general point is they don't even show up on the graph, while ED and TGWTG are fairly close.
Their entire argument is based of saying Doug protects his work by saying it is a critic of the work, which arguably wouldn't be valid under the name of fair use if it wasn't actual opinion. The problem is I have never seen him do that. He has always called his work parody, which has been protected under fair use many times before.

What's funny to me is about 2 days before that specific clip was posted everyone was giggling about how "omg someone called spoony out in the first hour someone called spoony out in the first hour hahahaha." Then when Spoony slaps the guy back they're all "wwaaaaah what an egomaniac baby needs a baba waaaaaah."
I mean, Spoony's become a fucking cunt, and I hope he loses to Cena in the Mashable web awards, (and they do as well), but unholy Allah guys, calm down on the PMS.

Hey, Spoony is still funny. Full of him self and opinionated to all get out, but that comes with the nerd territory. Also, he needs to not do those Vlogs as much. Those are thirty minutes of rambling stupidity, and the guy needs to stick with a tight script. But otherwise he's pretty funny and/or informative. Third best thing on the TGWTG site, besides Darkmaze and Team Four Star in that order.
