The best theme damn... its tough, but I definitely have to go with Shawn Michaels theme music And I'd almost go with Shawn Michaels theme music sung by Sensational Sherri as the worst theme lol. But I'd say probably The Right to Censor! It was just god awful, and I know that was the point, but still... worst theme ever!!!
RTC was a group trying to "clean up the WWF". I think Sable had just done Playboy and they were all against it. It consisted of Stevie Richards, Ivory, and Bull Buchanan. The group had an interesting...following... I personally hated their theme
Mentioned, this is Goldust, who I think has an awesome and haunting theme:
Possibly the coolest guitar theme ever, the Four Horsemen
Another theme I really liked that was not mentioned yet is Dean Malenko, when he was in WCW:
I agree Ghandi! Dean Malenko's theme in WCW ruled! As well as the man himself! His matches against Rey Misterio Jr, and Chris Jericho were AWESOME, as well as most of his matches, but those two fueds were just off the chain. And idk if its just me, but Dean Malenko's theme sounds like it belongs in an FPS like Goldeneye, or Medal of Honor or something!

Another One Bites the Dust, IIRC.

The goal of the rtc was to mock parents groups who were up in arms about wrestling programing at the time. That doesn't excuse the theme though.

Stevie Richards was a very underrated worker, but even as the mic man for the group, he got them over. I personally liked them when it was just Goodfather and Buchanan along with Richards.
What I never understand about these factions, is they always pick on the undercard, these guys are such wonderful heel heat, it would've worked wonders if they focused on someone like Austin or even Rock, hell have them endorse Angle during those times.

The song was funny as hell, but the gimmick was garbage. It would have been great for Duncum and the Windhams, but NOT for Hennig.

Oh my god I know! Its too bad they wasted such a good talent in Mr. Perfect Curt Hennig on a stupid redneck gimmick! lol. He didn't really make much of an impact either on the War back then cause they misused him, besides they gave him the US title and fueded him with DDP, that was alright, but the West Texas Rednecks thing blew!

Oh man, there were so many good themes back in the day...
the top of my list will have to be hogan's real american theme, its such a classic...
other favorites:
kurt angle
bret hart
undertaker (he had a _lot_ of different versions, but i'm talking about the old school ones, not when he was in his biker dude phase)
I'm sure I'm forgetting some, but the image of hogan celebrating in the ring at the end of a ppv back in the day just stirs up so many childhood memories! FIGHT FOR WHATS RIGHT!!

Apparently, Hennig really liked the West Texas Redneck gimmick, since he himself always envisioned himself a cowboy.
The whole thing would've been fine if they turned them face, since they were over with the crowd. The problem was that Master P's No Limit Soldiers were supposed to be faces, which didn't work. So they decided to just disband them before anything could truly be resolved, which is stupid because those 2 songs that the WTR recorded, saw a LOT of air time in the south. WCW really did enjoy taking a bunch of money and throwing it out the window.
