Perhaps it's just me, but is anyone else on here as morbidly fascinated with this program as I am? My wife, whose taste in trash television is legendary in some circles (namely, that of she, I, and our two housemates), started watching it and I hate to say it, but I was riveted. Not because there's any real value to it, but from a sociological study standpoint. I'm not that old myself, still under thirty, but I've never seen anything quite as divergent from my own experiences as a young person as this is. Apart from the polymorphous perversity (seriously, how half these people don't have full blown AIDs already is beyond me), just the speed that they create and then destroy interpersonal relationships just blows my mind. For the record, my wife is 22 (Aeonic=cradle robber) and never had experiences like this. Is that what it's like now, being an early twentysomething? Color me curious.

Fun Jersey Shore anecdotal bonus!
When I was 19, I went to the Jersey Shore (specifically, Wildwood) with some friends and we got a room at the Thunderbird. One day later, all sorts of hopped up on some fungus and some other herbal supplements, I was kicked out for repeatedly jumping off of the second story railing into the swimming pool. In retrospect, I'm surprised I didn't die.

Who likes role-playing games? Me. Way too goddamn much.

The show is just like every other terrible reality TV show on MTV/VH1 nowadays. "Guidos" are ridiculous.

What's with the horribly designed fake Magic cards he made for that article? He even says they're meant to be Magic cards, but this man has clearly never seen an actual Magic card. Which is fine, I don't care if he doesn't know about Magic, but sdeeing as how it has absolutely nothing to do with the article/he doesn't know what he's doing, why use them at all? Stupid, simple bios would have worked way better.

Good lord, getting a little defensive are we? It's a joke article and it's obvious he doesn't really care what an actual Magic card looks like. Calm thyself.

But see my point is why use it at all if it has nothing to do with the article's subject (which it doesn't) and if you were going to take the time to try to parody something, why wouldn't you do it right?

It's an article on a shitty show by a kinda shitty writer, I didn't expect much. To be fair, I thought it was pretty lame too I just didn't get bothered by it as much as you did.
