I wanted to throw out some anime names that i've watched and come to find worthwhile.

Lupin III
Detective Conan (case closed)
Samurai Champloo (very good was very impressed exceeded expectations)
Trigun ( a mix of o humor and action, older anime art work not to standard, but amazing overall)

That's a just a small list, and I really need to pick up another people Say serial experimental lain or something...

I've watched most of basilisk enjoyed it... all of death note thought it was awesome. Fruits basket is a great one, Princess Mononke obviously, Full Metal Alchemist, Samurai X, and Ninja Scroll etc...

Here's a less known one I've been enjoying Hakkenden. only like 20 episodes long or something.

Aynway thought I'd share that some are popular and known some are more unknown.

I haven't posted here in awhile so hey guys for those who remember me! I had quite the appearance here as I recall. Starting with periods of high drama of all angles, interesting and entertaining haha. People were taking my jokes in unintended ways, and I was responding and feeding into a whole massively epic ball of chaos, but there were times in that chaos where it was fun and enjoyable haha. I'll try and bounce around as I can, glad to see you're all still kickin'... Hope one day Syd considers adding some spam adds to make some profit on this site, and put it on his resume generated 300 dollars a month from self-built and maintained website, and a host of moderators working with me, I as team lead etc... you can get such amazing BS off this Syd, and beesides it does take work. And sometiems sites become soo successful they become the Job and aren't used on a resume to get a job.

Anyway this is my "shout out"/Anime thread Razz.

p.s. hopefully someone's read A song of Ice and Fire series by George R. R. martin since last I came here. : D

Chances are he has them on DVD. Who doesn't own Cowboy Bebop on DVD? Razz

That's not really a question. I'm not much of an anime fan, but I did want to brag that even I own that series. Rolling Eyes

But, yes, that is a clap-load of anime. to have on the hard drive. Good lord. You should stream your own channel.

...and I only had 80 gigs of anime on my laptop... I AM NOT WORTHY!

I was planning on taking a little break from Gundam before starting to watch the AU shows (having watched the entire UC timeline) to see Excel Saga and probably Clannad, but said laptop needs to get fixed before I can use it again. =/

I enjoyed it immensely. I think the theme song had a lot to do with that.

It's like F-Zero with robots.

IGPX was awesome. Jon, I have watched all of the ones on your list, but still surprised you haven't seen more. If you're looking for a drama, character driven story, then .Hack//SIGN is your best bet. I love the .Hack series personally. You should also try some Ghost in the Shell, I think you would like.

Lupin III is still, in my opinion, the only anime worth watching.

Aha, good. Check out Initial D as well if you haven't yet. It seems to be right up your alley.

I have seen others! Ghost in the Shell, I have seen.. IPGX, i think that's the racing anime.. haven't watched tha tone. I am looking for something fresh and intersting.. I watch Naruto but only because my friends watch it, I think it's an okay anime. It's too repititive for the message in my opinion, and the majority of fights are fairly lame. The current one is pretty decent Jirai verse pain. And basically when the big guys clash it's neat. But when naruto just spams shadow clones all damn day..and the story line while some mystery behind it is pretty straightforeward. Most of it is how Danzou fits into the grand scheme of things. Anyway maybe i'll go off that screen shot! and find some off there I haven't seen. I have seen Cowboy bebop and enjoyed it.

On another note, never beat FF 12 might revisit that... Though I stopped out of boredom, wasn't enjoying the battles, adn the story was a bit uninetertaing but still better than ff8 haha!!! I really like din that game having my characters completed automated..setting up a string of commands so they can do everything themselvs, and I can set my controller down.. the only way the game was challenging, I'd even try it on boss fights. Certain boss fights i had to play because i didn't have the commands neccessary to pull i toff.. Mostly the one that keeps spamming debuffs whatever that guy was.. I think he was like an ice guy that kept blinding you and poisoing you.. but i digress..
