Say what you will about the programming on Spike, but my brother and I watch the episode on surviving a plane hijacking, and it was pretty awesome. Told you how to best overpower and subdue the terrorists, how to tie them up, how to break into the cockpit, the emergency radio frequency, how to be talked down for an emergency landing. All in all very informative.
