That it is. I love the Hydrocity cover called "Walk on Water". It's pretty sweet too. The guy who uploaded the videos has another album based on the music from Sonic 2. Snappleman seems to be the favorite however I really like this group (Or guy)'s take on the Hydrocity Theme:
The music is awesome to begin with however what makes it even better is that they include the change in music from Act 2.

Wasn't Hydrocity from Sonic 3? That track is fucking ridiculous.
I have been making a cover of Bubbleman from Megaman 2, hope to get it up here soon.
EDIT: after looking more at that Project Chaos, I am speechless, all the tracks are so unique and well put together.
Sounds good. Yeah it was, however I suppose it could be included since it was on Sonic 3 & Knuckles. The album based on Sonic 2 is pretty good, however it lacks the power that Project Chaos has. That's just my opinion though. I look forward to seeing the cover for Bubbleman. I always loved the music for that stage and a cover would be badass.

I finished it, sounds badass, I'll figure some out some way to get it on teh interwebz when I get off work tomorrow (ugggh).
That was really good actually. I really liked the sounds like the sea gulls and such throughout the song, they really added to the overall mood. What recording software did you use?

I used a program called Tabit and did everything manually, then converted it from the raw MIDI format to MP3.
Damn! I just have to become proficient with a musical instrument then maybe I could put that program to use! Gah! So many ideas and no way to express them! Oh well. How long did it take you to make?

Hmm that song took me a couple days, but I have been using that program for at least 5-6 years.
Check out my Tecknolicious shit in my sig, more of the same kinda shit, "Ultrafly" in particular is very groovy.
I've always wanted to learn the bass and the trumpet. Well, any kind of horn really. I always liked Saxophones (I even borrowed my brother's that he had on loan from the school and learned how to properly form simple notes). It's a shame they're so damn expensive.

I have ALWAYS wanted to learn sax, I know enough about music and theory where I feel like I could pick it up after a littler bit of training and learning the fundamental techniques.
Damn straight! I love the sound of sax. The marching band stuff I had to work with didn't really help though. It was too high pitched. I always wondered which style of sax it was that produced the lower notes that you hear so often in jazz (It might be called a bass sax, but something is telling me that's not correct).

Holy shit, this remix is tooooooooooooooo fucking insane.
Like you said, that whole album is incredible! I'm thinking about purchasing a copy just so I can say that I have a one. But yeah, the old radio sounds at the beginning were an awesome touch. The sheer power behind it is truly inspiring.

Whoever is laying down all the guitar tracks is very good, the whole production is unbelievably professional.
That it is. Malicious Fingers is also pretty good, however the whole album is very well done.

Hey! I play the alto saxophone. Been doing it for about 5 years, or so.

Is that the one that sounds deeper? the only one I've ever gotten to play sounds a little weaker. I'm sure it can sound nice but for the life of me I wish I knew what their names were.

Ah, I learned something today. They both sound nice however I'd be happy just to afford any type of sax. From what I've seen they can get pretty pricey.
