Edmonton is lacking in quality pizza, our best pizza joint is called "Chicago Deep Dish" and while it is a delicious thick crusted pizza I am assuming it is nothing close to what real deep dish pizza is like.
my trip is getting closer, im pretty excited, Canada doesnt get things like running water or cars.
I am just fortunate that the princess of canada was rescued from tooth decay in time for the wedding.

If you seriously believe any kind of franchise pizza is better than local, mom n' pop restaurant pizza, you've obviously never been to the northeast U.S.

anyhow, since im broke most of the time, i can dig the $5 pizza deal more so than other pizza places. is the pizza that great? no.. not really, but for $5 i really dont have much room to complain.

well roughly 8 hours from now my plane leaves the edmonton international airport, my first time ever in a plane.

Well I am back in Canada but Chicago was definitely awesome, thanks everyone for the wonderful suggestions on where to go we really enjoyed the Shedd Aquarium. The Navy Pier was a lot of fun too, I also found a pretty sweet anniversary present for my gf on the Mag Mile. The people were also very friendly, I think its unfair that Americans seem to get this stigma that they are all rude, arrogant and obnoxious because that just simply isnt true. All in all it was a great experience and an amazing trip. I definitely look forward to my trip to NY
