In a Nintendo briefing this week, it was announced that Mario Kart 7 will soon be patched. Nintendo of Europe bossman Satoru Shibata stated the game will receive a few gameplay tweaks and fix an online exploit in the Wuhu Mountain Loop track.
The glitch apparently was a real bummer for those who play online, but since I avoid all human contact even on a virtual basis I would have no idea. There were no other details other than that players should expect the update through the eShop sometime in "mid-May".

The Maka Wuhu course (Wuhu Mountain Loop) was completely gutted and turned into a crapshoot because of that glitch. Wuhu Loop, as its known in North America, also has a small glitch so hopefully that gets fixed.
Also, since Alow hasn't responded I guess that's a big "fuck you" to user about joining.

Well, 3 AM is quite late for me. I asked Horse when he'd be free this weekend and he said 9 PM MST for Saturday and 3 PM for Sunday.
So let's try to race on Saturday for now, and keep Sunday in case something doesn't work. I also stay up longer on weekends, so I could stay awake up to 4 AM I guess.

Tonight is the night. Since i am being nice i will give it till past midnight EST as opposed to me doing it GMT.
So when i get up in the morning i will go onto IRC (which should be 1-2am EST) and assign a number 1-3 and select who is booted. So realistically you have 12 hours or so.
Providing that you didn't complete the races.

Hey! Every competition/contest I run eventually ends.
What lava said, though. During the regular season I dropped people left and right for inactivity. We made it to the final fairly quickly. After it was down to lava and Douche, it felt wrong to end it by default.
