Let me guess you don't find Skateboarders with blowup dolls being blown up with rocket launchers funny either.

Right there.

That was pretty cool, much better than Family Guy. Smile

I had to look up the Lacey Chabert reference from tonight's FG.

Hugh Laurie was great, as was the German bedtime story.

Since the Clevelend show might be canceld I must say this.........

Instead of making it a whole new series, why not just introduce them as new characters? Then every once in awhile, like the simpsons do now, just do an episode for them.

Where did you hear this? It was renewed for a second season before the first season even aired and, at least for the first few weeks, was getting phenomenal ratings.

So yeah, not cancelled. But that was a really weird episode. Did they just write Klaus out of the show?

I actually liked the Scooby Doo bit, even though it's been done a million times.

Carter falls into a coma, and per his wishes, Lois is given power of attorney and control of his company. She's going to let his executives run the company, but Peter demands to run it. And he goes on a power trip. Lois criticizes him, and Peter threatens to replace her. Lois tell him that he can't replace her and Peter says something along the lines of "Oh yeah? Two words: Lacey Chabert."

Then Lois gets really scared and quiet.

And the joke is that, apparently, Lacey Chabert was the original voice of Meg. She was replaced after Season 1, but her voice was used in some episodes that ended up being part of S2 due to production delays.

If that didn't require research I bet that would have been pretty funny to know watching the episode.

Wow, talk about your stealth gag.

I thought the episode was a step in the right direction. We laughed, which is more than I can say for the past few. Still, it's a little tiresome seeing Peter run with the idiot ball.

i think it was a side story overall. i dont think they would just randomly kill of klaus, but more that stan doesnt like klaus, so thats why he was dead in his version of heaven.

either way, i thought it was a great rapture episode

So I just watched the Empire Strikes Back special and it was pretty bad. And of course Seth was able to go into his anti-religion mode:

Slight Spoilers:

When Chewbacca tells Luke to "Keep It In Church" about the Force. Overall this special was pretty bad with only a couple funny moments.
