Carl's my favorite of the main four, with Frylock a close second. I like Frylock because he's completely aware he's the only one there with any sense, and I love Carl because, like someone said before, his reactions are just priceless.

I got no favorite.
It alternates between Shake, Meatwad, and the Mooninites, in no particular order. (Honorable mention to the Plutonians)
I can't really say who I like the most....but I fucking hate the cybernetic ghost of christman past from the future.
