Well, Season 2 of Heroes starts soon.
It has been revealed that this season takes place 4 months after the conclusion of the last season and that Hiro is still stuck in the past. Here is my prediction for what's going to happen.
In present day, things are bad. The wind has stopped, the sea is wild, and the earth begins to rot.
In the past, Hiro spends 4 months trying to figure out why he can't leave. Eventually, he is confronted by Linderman. The Linderman of the past is far more powerful than the one who got pwned by DL, and we soon learn that both Lindermans are one in the same. As he lay dying, Linderman was sent back in time 2000 years where he became ridiculously powerful for no apparent reason. At the same time, he sent four FIENDS forward through time, thus creating a TIME LOOP.

And yet I STILL haven't finished season one... But thanks to the power of PSP, I was able to catch up to episode 21. Hopefully, I'll finish today.

I am so pumped up for Heroes season 2. It's one of the few returning shows that i will stop everything to watch. So many unanswered questions and we shall see what new Heroes and Villains spawn from this new chapter. I'm hope one of the new Heroes will have the power to wield lightning like the Empire.

Okay, so it'll be "Final Fantasy" meets "Tim Burton's Planet of the Apes"?

Let's just hope season 2 is more even than season- er, Volume One. While marathoning, I got the distinct impression the producers didn't know where the show would go, but managed to zig zag enough to keep things fairly coherent. Nonetheless, episode quality certainly faltered ever so often and almost seemed to peak at the wrong times.
But here we are at the second season. The shows producers seemed to recognize what worked and didn't work last season, so we can hope that they will keep up the elements that worked and weed out those that didn't.
Plus we'll have someone "far worse" than Sylar to look forward to.

Claire, Noah, Niki, and Parkman are going to visit a mysterious character with the power to upgrade their powers. For some reason he wants a rat-tail.
Its rumored that Claire will either recieve metal claws, her regeneraton will go from wolverine to full-on Lobo/Raktabija levels, or she'll gain the ability to cast 4th lvl black magic spells.

Awesome first episode. I liked the part when horned glasses made his manager his bitch. So many new plot developments i don't even know where to begin. Thoughts? Such as: is the hooded figure the same person as this boogie man the girl with Radar is scared of. I'm bad with names, what's the radar girl's name again?
I'm still hoping for an electric hero, the season has just begun so fingers crossed. The gold power would be sweet to have. Does anyone have any abilities they hope pop up?

Was Wallace Shawn the guy who recruited Surresh? I can't find him credited anywhere for the episode and I didn't pay attention to the credits. If it is him, he better end up getting poisoned to death.

2 guys who can fly? While yes, I can see the possibility of two people having the same power, do we really need to see 2 fliers?

Clearly he's Claire's half-brother. They're going to end up fucking and then they'll find out and it will be... awkward.

Maybe this is a manifestation of another related power. Like how telekinetics can often float.
To reaper: the little girls name is Molly. Extra kudos to the show for the Molly/Parkman chemistry, and for effectively writing away his old entourage, as they really sucked.

Yeah, I have a feeling the "flying" isn't his real power. Pretty much any superpower can make people fly nowadays: super strength (Hulk), magnetism (Magneto), telekinesis (Jean Grey), weather manipulation (Storm)...
I like the set-up for the season. I really wish they'd just show us the old-timers' powers already. I mean, I know Mama Petrelli is a pre-cog, but what the hell does Takei do?

Die. Or so it would seem. I sure hope not though.
We never really got an explanation as to what Charles' (Richard Roundtree) power was.

I assume they're saving that for Heroes:Origins or for sweeps week.

To be fair, super strength jumping came first. That was was all Superman could originally do. Course, then the hulk turned it into a 3-mile standing jump, and the gate was open for everyone.

Considering how the stuff in the 1600's went on, I almost want to think Hiro takes on the mantle of Kensei (causing a paradox), but the Otsu's burning down seems to suggest otherwise.

There could be 2 Sylars. There could be 10 peters. There could be 20 Lindermans. Hell, their could be 40 Hiro. Now that the precedent of more then one person can have the same ability the possibilities are endless . . . or this is the first sign that the writers are getting lazy

I just stumbled on this, a forum trying to list Sylar's abilities.
And for you Sylar buffs, here's his wiki page:

The english guy sucks complete ass, so I'm hoping Hiro will displace him.

I really hate how NBC likes to reveal things in their little cutscenes at the beginning or the end of the show, either by image or mouth. That shit really pisses me off... just like, "Oh, Sylar's alive... thanks for letting me know."I'm sure the device may be useful to keep some people watching, but I can't stand it." Of course, I'm also the kind of person who doesn't really like watching extended movie or game trailers because I'm afraid I'm not going to want to see something after.

We knew Sylar was alive; they tracked his movement into the sewer, complete with a roach shot to let you know how survivable he is.

Sylar should've died at the end of season one and a new Big Bad to replace him completely, until he is resurrected in season three.
My beef with the season premiere is that everyone seems to be divorced, except friggin' Mrs. Muggles! I also hated the Mexico sub-plot, Hiro's plot with Alias' Sark is "Star Trek: First Contact" all over again (yet I was still throughly entertained). I loved that Matt Parkman is raising Cerebro Girl. I did like HRG pwning the Kinko's manager, but I hated pretty much everything else involving Claire and stalker boy. I still have no idea how she broke her leg in that jump, it wasn't that hard.
Haven't watched this week's episode yet, I usually don't get to watch them till the weekend now...
Edit: Correction, I disliked the Mexico subplot. I didn't really "hate" anything, just that a lot of scenes could've been improved.

I had to work Monday and came home to find the recording I asked someone to make nothing but from the moment Kensei gets shot by an arrow and Hiro reverses the wound.
