This was the final nail in the coffin for me. After someone who was manliness personified reveals himself to be a rather effeminate looking hipster ass, I had zero reason to ever follow him again.

It shouldn't come as that much of surprise. He's always alluded to being not the most attractive guy in the world in his writing. And he has some pictures from his book tour on his website. And I believe he appeared in a bad wig in his article on how to be a camwhore. He also was on G4 several years ago and rehashed the camwhore bit.
As someone studying film and television, episode 2 frightens me a little.

The whole ultra manly posturing humor has gotten old and not funny to me these days. The whole punching bears in the dick kind of stuff is so overdone. I used to read Maddox, and the video was ok, nothing against him, but I need a break from that type of humor for a while.

The book was surprisingly very good. I cry laughed at least 3 times reading that. I didn't think he still had it in him. I sure was glad I was wrong. Its as though the book was one final burst of greatness, and after that, death.
