i think its a good idea. the show didn't consist of to much. basically you have beavis and butthead and a stupid plot. what can you do wrong bringing that up again.

I want to see B&B watch a Dethklok video, and then see their heads explode from it's awesomeness.

Since B&B left, there has been quite a rise in both metal that they would love. (Speed Metal bands and such. Mostly all from Europe.) And, the terrible pop shit they made fun of has gotten even worse. (Lady Gaga and what not.)

Should be interesting, but I doubt it'll last long. How many stupid teenage to twentysomething girls are going to watch Beavis and Butthead? It'd be better put on Adult Swim or the like.

So...Mike Judge stopped doing B&B to work on more fulfilling projects, made King of the Hill, then ended that to...go back to B&B?

What I really wish Judge would work on is releasing all the episodes on DVD, even the shitty quality ones. It's been roughly 15 years since B&B had any real controversy, I don't think it would be a big deal.

I was always kind of pissed that they never made any Beavis and Butthead VHS with the music videos included. The channel surfing segments were always the best part of the show....but I guess due to copyright issues, they really couldn't. :/ I just hope that if they do bring it back, it is still the same sketchy animation and they include the music videos again. One can only hope.

I have one season of the Mike Judge collection and without the music videos, the episodes are so damn short. And without those, you never see Butthead doing that crazy dance where he clings the couch and kind of air humps, that always made me laugh wicked hard.

Judge is definitely funny. I used to HATE King of The Hill, until I actually gave it a chance. It's actually quite funny and generally worth the viewing.

I really don't see how there would be copyright issues, I mean MTV owned the damn videos. Or at least they did.

I like how they used the SKULL and DETH ROCK t shirt shot to avoid copyright issues, usually you only catch those in the comic book Beavis & Butthead had.

I have mixed feelings about this, on one hand I love me some Beavis & Butthead, but on the other hand didn't they already tell all the jokes you can with those two? What's next besides recent technological updates? I bet there will be a cell phone episode, an internet porn episode, a youtube tomofoolery / jackass homage episode, and what else after that?

I remember an interview where Mike Judge said he could never envision the two as adults, only as stupid teens, then they cut to a shot of the two as retirees and he said he might want to try that. Geriatric Beavis & Butthead would be interesting...

Also, Beavis is my favorite fictional character ever, I've always wondered where he got that name from... Confused

I'm a little weary too. I don't think this generation deserves Beavis and Butthead. Also, they already had an internet porn episode. They were ahead of their time.

I have no real idea, but there is an episode of the Twilight Zone with a character named Bevis with the same pronunciation.

I totally love that show, and I might watch them as soon as they come back.

I like that it will include music videos, as well. I'm getting tired of MTV playing all of their shitty reality shows all the time.
