I used to love Mom & Dad Save The World... it's dumb, but it's so awesome. Then I got it on DVD only to discover that they cut a scene:

The cut scene starts about 35 seconds in. Supposedly it was cut to make the movie more kid-friendly. Well, the DVD just came out three years and the only people who are going to buy it are people who enjoyed it back in the day. No one's gonna buy campy early 90s movies for their goddam kids! Guess I'm gonna have to track down the VHS. Fucking Christ.

I liked when John Lovitz asks the first guard his opinion about facial hair, and when Lovitz disagrees, tells the guard to shoot himself in the head.
Then he asks the second guard, and the second guard gives the same answer as the first guard and knows right away he's to shoot himself in the head as well.

It was on cable the other day and I tried watching it, but knowing that the dad character was arrested a few years back for owning kiddie porn, kind of killed it for me. That being said, I loved Eric Idle in it, "It's inside my pants." That guy rocks.

Well I loved it when I was about 11 or 12, it's still funny now, but definitely one of those movies that unless you watched it as a kid you'll think it's silly.

Jeffery Jones is a great actor don't let his actions ruin that for you
